Effective June 1, 2024, Torrance Memorial laboratory services will replace Quest Diagnostics as the main in-network lab services provider for Torrance Memorial IPA members. As a result, we will be providing in-house Torrance Memorial laboratory services at various South Bay sites, often located in our physician buildings. This change will allow you to have access to technological advances resulting in higher quality, improved accuracy, and enhanced reporting capabilities.

Additional benefits include:
• Multiple convenient locations & hours (please see reverse side)
• Weekends and early hours (select locations)
• Access to lab results through the Torrance Memorial patient portal
• Additional locations coming soon

What to bring when requesting lab services:
• Laboratory order from your doctor indicating the test(s) to be performed
• Photo Identification
• Current insurance information
• Confirm with your physician if you need to fast prior to your lab draw
• If you have any special instructions or needs, please notify the technician before your
specimen is collected

Appointments are highly recommended; walk-ins are available on a limited basis and may require a wait-time. If you have received lab orders, regular/repeating lab orders (also called “standing” orders) from your provider that are on a Quest requisition order form, Torrance Memorial Lab will honor these orders after June 1st.
